at 11:06 a.m. on june 18, with the joyful sound of firecrackers, the generator stator of unit 2 of the project of shaanxi huangling power plant was successfully hoisted in place, marking the successful realization of another major milestone of the project and laying a solid foundation for the further installation of the turbine generator body.
the electronic model of the generator for shanxi huangling diantou project is qfsn-660-2-22d, with length of 9365mm, width of 3870mm, height of 3915 mm and weight of 275 tons. it is hoisted by wu’s special multi-functional lifting tool.
in order to ensure the smooth lifting, the project organized relevant professionals to review and revise the lifting scheme for many times before the stator lifting, and finally determined a scientific and rigorous lifting scheme, which passed the expert review and demonstration. in order to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the hoisting work, wutingsen, the company’s deputy chief engineer, arrived at the project site in advance for guidance. during this period, he went deep into the construction site, inspected the site construction situation, carefully consulted the relevant drawings, and communicated with the construction personnel in combination with the hoisting scheme, and arranged and deployed the hoisting preparation work.
